Performance-based, not seat-based.

Anchor pilot is free. After we open the marketplace, employers pay an annual subscription tied to ranked-browse access and pipeline analytics — not per seat. Institutions (bootcamps, CS programs) license the certification infrastructure for their graduates on a separate tier.
